Right of Withdrawal

You may revoke your contractual declaration within two weeks without stating reasons, in written form (e.g., letter, fax, email), or – if the item is handed over to you before the deadline – by returning the item. The withdrawal period begins after receipt of this notice in written form, but not before the goods have been received by the recipient (in the case of recurring delivery of similar goods, not before receipt of the first partial delivery) and also not before we have fulfilled our information obligations pursuant to § 312c para. 2 BGB in conjunction with § 1 paras. 1, 2 and 4 BGB-InfoV and our obligations pursuant to § 312e para. 1 sentence 1 BGB in conjunction with § 3 BGB-InfoV. To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient to send the revocation or the item in time. The revocation should be addressed to:

Consequences of Withdrawal

In the event of a valid withdrawal, both parties must return the services received and, if applicable, surrender any benefits (e.g., interest). If you cannot return the received service in whole or in part or only in a deteriorated condition, you may be required to compensate us accordingly.

This does not apply to the transfer of items if the deterioration of the item is solely due to its inspection – as would have been possible for you in a retail store. Otherwise, you can avoid the obligation to pay compensation for any deterioration caused by the intended use of the item by not using the item as if it were your own property and by refraining from anything that may impair its value. Items that can be sent by parcel should be returned at our risk.

You have to bear the cost of return if the delivered goods correspond to the ordered goods and if the price of the item to be returned does not exceed 40 euros, or if, in the case of a higher price, you have not yet provided the consideration or a contractually agreed partial payment at the time of the revocation. Otherwise, the return is free of charge for you.

Items that cannot be sent by parcel will be collected from you. Obligations to refund payments must be fulfilled within 30 days. The period begins for you with the dispatch of your revocation or the item, and for us with their receipt.
