Shipping and Payment Terms
Delivery is carried out by a parcel service or freight forwarding company. Our delivery prices are gross, including statutory VAT. Shipping within Germany and Austria is carried out depending on the weight via parcel service (DHL, DPD, UPS or GLS) or by freight forwarder.

All grill appliances are delivered free of charge using our own transport vehicles. For orders over 500 EUR, we deliver free of charge. Shipping outside Germany and Austria is available upon request. All maturing cabinets are subject to specific packaging and shipping regulations, which are charged separately and depend on the effort and delivery location. These costs will be agreed individually with the customer before order confirmation.
Payment Methods
1. Prepayment
After receiving your order, we will send you our bank details by email. We will ship your order immediately after receiving payment. An invoice will be included with the delivery.
2. Cash on Delivery
An additional COD fee of 7.90 EUR plus 2.00 EUR collection fee applies. You pay the total amount in cash to the parcel carrier upon receipt. An invoice will be included with the delivery.
3. Instant Transfer
With sofortüberweisung.de, you can shop at more than 8,000 online stores and conveniently pay for your cart using your online banking account (with your house bank). All you need is your account number, bank code, PIN and TAN.
4. Customs
Customs fees apply for deliveries outside Germany or Austria.
